Harig Crankshafts Ltd. In-Principally Approves Amalgamation Proposal with Ayushman Infratech Limited

The Board of Directors of Harig Crankshafts Ltd. has, at its meeting held on March 13, 2026, considered and in-principally approved a restructuring proposal by way of Amalgamation. The proposed amalgamation involves Ayushman Infratech Limited and Harig Crankshafts Limited. The Board has approved the procurement of a valuation report and other relevant documents. A detailed Scheme of Amalgamation will be placed before the Board of Directors for its consideration in the next meeting.
