Alacrity Securities Limited has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Harikanta Overseas Limited. The acquisition, conducted through the open market, involved 631,200 shares, representing 6.40% of the total share capital. Prior to this transaction, Alacrity Securities held 4.71% of Harikanta Overseas. Following the acquisition, their total holding now stands at 1,095,600 shares, amounting to 11.11% of the company's equity. The total equity share capital of Harikanta Overseas remains unchanged at Rs. 9,86,57,400.
