Harikanta Overseas Appoints Abhishek Gotawala as CFO & KMP

Harikanta Overseas Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Nileshkumar Gotawala, currently a Whole-time Director, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). This appointment is effective from July 25, 2026, and he will hold this position in addition to his existing role.
