Harish Textile Engineers Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

Harish Textile Engineers Ltd announced a change in its secretarial auditor following the resignation of M/s. D N Vora & Associates. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the appointment of CS Khushal Bherulal Bajaj as the new Secretarial Auditor. Mr. Bajaj will serve for a term of five consecutive financial years, from FY 2026-2027 to FY 2030-2031, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM. The resignation and appointment are in compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
