Rajeev Renuwal & PACs Disclose Shareholding Changes

Rajeev Renuwal and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have filed a disclosure under SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. The filing details changes in their shareholding in Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd. Prior to the acquisition, the acquirer group held 46.21% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, their holding increased to 74.95%. The acquisition was completed through inter-se transfer of shares via Gift Deed on August 18-20, 2026, with intimation on September 24, 2026. The total diluted share capital of the company remains 6,16,66,667 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
