Hariyana Ship Breakers: Promoter group gift of 6.73% shares

Mrs. Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal, a member of the promoter group of Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd, will acquire 4,14,800 equity shares, representing 6.73% of the company's total share capital, through a gift from her son, Mr. Rajeev Shantisarup Reniwal, also a promoter. This inter-se transfer between immediate relatives is without consideration and is proposed to be exempt from open offer obligations under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, specifically Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and/or (ii), subject to applicable conditions. The proposed acquisition date is October 16, 2026.
