Hariyana Ship Breakers: Promoter Group Acquires 6.73% via Gift

Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd announced an inter-se transfer of 4,14,800 equity shares (6.73%) from Mrs. Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal to Mr. Rajeev Reniwal, both members of the promoter group. The acquisition was made by way of gift without consideration. This transaction falls under the exemption provided by Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The company noted an inadvertent lapse in submitting the prior intimation under Regulation 10(5) and is submitting the post-acquisition disclosure immediately upon identification of the omission.
