Hariyana Ship Breakers: Promoter group gift of 4.14 Lakh shares

Mr. Rajeev Reniwal, a member of the promoter group of Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd, has informed the company about the acquisition of 4,14,800 equity shares by way of gift from Mrs. Lalitadevi Reniwal, also a promoter group member. The acquisition was an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. The requisite prior intimation under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, was inadvertently not submitted before the transaction. The disclosure is being made post-acquisition for information and records.
