
Harsha Advantek to invest ₹110 Cr for capacity expansion
Harsha Engineers International Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Harsha Engineers Advantek Limited, announced a Phase 2 strategic capital investment of approximately ₹110 crores. This investment will be deployed at its Ahmedabad plant to establish new building and manufacturing lines for bushing and stamping products. The project aims to add approximately 12 million pieces to the existing capacity of 38 million pieces, which currently operates at 54% utilization. The new capacity is expected to be operational within 18 months. The financing for this expansion will be a combination of capital contribution and term loan, with the rationale being strategic expansion to drive revenue growth and capitalize on market opportunities.
