Harsha Engineers Appoints Mukesh M. Shah & Co as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Harsha Engineers International Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Mukesh M. Shah & Co, a Peer Reviewed Firm of Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the 16th Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2026. The firm will serve for a period of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 16th AGM until the conclusion of the 21st AGM. M/s. Pankaj R.
