Hatsun Agro Appoints Rajprabu Harshan as Non-Exec Director

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has appointed Mr. Rajprabu Harshan (DIN: 09827866) as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a first term of 5 consecutive years, commencing April 10, 2026, and ending April 9, 2031. The appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors, was approved by shareholders via postal ballot on May 14, 2026. Mr. Harshan, a seasoned business leader with experience in operational strategy and organizational growth, currently holds a board position at Startex Knitwears Private Limited and serves as Managing Partner of Rice Land and MKAC Jayaraj Nadar & Sons, Madurai. He is not related to any other Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director.
