Hatsun Agro targets 50% revenue growth in two years
Hatsun Agro Product Ltd (HAPL) anticipates a revenue increase of up to 50% over the next two financial years. The company expects its revenue to reach approximately ₹120 billion ($1.25 billion) this financial year, up from ₹100 billion last year, and aims for ₹140-150 billion in the following year. This growth is supported by an expanded milk procurement network and geographical expansion beyond South India. Despite rising milk procurement costs and industry competition, HAPL plans to invest ₹10 billion this fiscal year, with a third dedicated to procurement expansion and the rest to manufacturing and marketing. The company is increasing its daily milk procurement target to 5 million litres from the current 4.3 million litres by expanding existing facilities and its collection network.
