Asad Fazlurehman Kagdi Acquires 60,000 Shares in Hawa Engineers Ltd

Asad Fazlurehman Kagdi has disclosed the acquisition of 60,000 shares in Hawa Engineers Ltd under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Before the acquisition, his holding was 2,07,239 shares, which has now increased to 2,67,239 shares, making up 7.56% of the total diluted share capital. The acquisition was made through open market or off-market means on 20.01.2026. The equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 35,26,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
