HCL Infosystems Appoints Gaurav Bhalla as Manager & KMP

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Bhalla as a Manager and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) for a five-year term, effective May 1, 2026. This appointment was approved by the company's shareholders via a special resolution passed through a postal ballot on April 13, 2026. Mr. Bhalla brings approximately 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance, accounts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His expertise also includes managing statutory audits for listed entities, financial results consolidation, and risk assessment. This change in management is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
