HCP Plastene Appoints MD Prakash Parekh as CFO

HCP Plastene Bulkpack Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 12, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Prakash Hiralal Parekh as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective the same date. Mr. Parekh, who is also the Managing Director and Promoter, holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and has over 23 years of experience in the plastic industry. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Nirav Patel & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
