HDFC AMC Grants 68,850 Stock Options and PSUs

HDFC Asset Management Company Ltd announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 53,925 Employees Stock Options (Options) and 14,925 Performance-linked Stock Units (PSUs) to eligible employees. These grants represent an aggregate of 68,850 equity shares. The Options are granted at a price of Rs. 2,296.90 per Option, based on the previous day's closing price, while PSUs are granted at face value of Rs. 5/- per PSU. The Options and PSUs will vest over a period of four years, with specific vesting schedules for each. Vested Options must be exercised within four years of vesting, and vested PSUs within one year of vesting.
