HealthCare Global Subsidiary Acquires 10 Shares in AMIL

HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd announced that its step-down subsidiary, Healthcare Global (Kenya) Private Limited (HCG Kenya), has acquired 10 ordinary shares of Advanced Molecular Imaging Limited (AMIL) from Meditec Systems Limited for 42,150 Kenyan Shillings (approximately INR 31,288). This acquisition increases HCG Kenya's shareholding in AMIL from 50% to 50.10%, consequently making AMIL a step-down subsidiary of HealthCare Global Enterprises. AMIL, operating in the diagnostic imaging sector, reported a revenue of INR 10.96 Crores in FY26. The transaction was completed on October 05, 2026, with no related party involvement and no specific regulatory approvals required.
