Minda Corp Acquires ₹18 Cr Stake in Subsidiary

Minda Corporation Limited (MCL) has acquired an additional 1.8 Crore equity shares in its subsidiary, Spark Minda-Toyodenso India Private Limited, for ₹18 Crores (Rupees Eighteen Crore Only). This acquisition was made pursuant to a Rights Issue and completed on October 5, 2026. The subsidiary is engaged in manufacturing and selling advanced automotive switches. The acquisition aims to support the growing operational and capital expenditure requirements of the subsidiary. Minda Corporation Limited's shareholding in Spark Minda-Toyodenso India Private Limited remains at 60% post-acquisition, as the shares were acquired in the same ratio as the rights issue.
