HEG Subsidiaries Appoint New Directors, Ravi Jhunjhunwala Steps Down as Chairman
HEG Advanced Materials Ltd's subsidiaries, Malana Power Company Limited (MPCL) and AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL), have announced changes in their directorships. Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala has been appointed as Additional Director and Chairman of both MPCL and ADHPL, effective November 3, 2026, subject to HEG Advanced Materials' board approval. Consequently, Shri Ravi Jhunjhunwala has relinquished his position as Chairman of both subsidiaries. He has been re-appointed as Managing Director of MPCL for five years from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2031. Shri Om Prakash Ajmera has been appointed as Joint Managing Director & CEO of both MPCL and ADHPL for a five-year term from November 1, 2026, and will relinquish his CFO role. Shri Ravi Jhunjhunwala is the father of Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala.
