Hemisphere Properties Receives ₹160.125 Cr Advance for Pune Land Sale

Hemisphere Properties India Ltd has received an advance payment of ₹160.125 crore (25% of the total sale consideration) from M/s HyperVault AI Data Center Limited for the land e-auctioned at Bopkhel, Pune. The total sale consideration for the land was ₹640.50 crore. This payment is in line with the terms stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The remaining balance of the sale consideration will be received as per the timelines outlined in the RFP.
