Neueon Corporation Ltd has executed a sale deed for immovable property, comprising land admeasuring Ac. 36-35.75 Guntas and Ac. 00-32 Guntas at Turkala Khanapur Village, Sangareddy District, Telangana. The sale consideration received is ₹90,73,44,433/- (Rupees Ninety Crore Seventy-Three Lakh Forty-Four Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty-Three Only). The Board of Directors approved the sale on July 15, 2025, and October 22, 2026, with shareholder approval obtained at the 18th AGM on August 19, 2025. The buyer is M/s. Aparna Enterprises Limited, and the transaction is not a related party transaction. The property contributed no turnover or revenue in the last financial year.
