Heranba Industries Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved a further investment of up to ₹25 Crores in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mikusu India Private Limited, through a Rights Issue. This investment aims to support the subsidiary's business operations and growth plans in the Agro Chemical products trading sector. Mikusu India reported a turnover of ₹182.68 Crores as of March 31, 2026. The transaction is considered a related party transaction but is exempted under SEBI regulations as it involves a wholly-owned subsidiary. The investment will not alter Heranba's 100% shareholding in Mikusu India.
