Heranba Q4 FY26 Net Loss 12.5 Cr; FY26 Profit 50.87 Cr

Heranba Industries Limited's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For Q4 FY26, the company reported a standalone net loss of 12.50 crore, compared to a profit of 9.32 crore in the previous quarter and a loss of 5.28 crore in Q4 FY25. Standalone revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 was 353.43 crore. For the full financial year 2025-26, the company posted a standalone net profit of 50.87 crore on revenue from operations of 1,755.55 crore. The Board did not recommend any dividend for FY 2025-26. Additionally, M/s. Tapan Gaitonde & Co. were re-appointed as the Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
