Heritage Foods Completes 71% Acquisition of Peanutbutter and Jelly Limited

Heritage Foods Limited has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of an additional 20% equity share capital in Peanutbutter and Jelly Limited (PBJL). The shares have been credited to Heritage Foods' demat account as of July 27, 2026. This transaction increases Heritage Foods' stake in PBJL to 71%, making PBJL a subsidiary of the company. The acquisition was initially approved and communicated on July 16, 2026.
