Hero MotoCorp Invests ₹1,758 Cr in Ather Energy, Stake Rises to 32.8%

Hero MotoCorp Ltd has completed the purchase of an additional 1,18,80,000 equity shares in its associate company, Ather Energy Limited. The total consideration for this transaction amounted to approximately ₹1,758 crore. Following this investment, Hero MotoCorp's shareholding in Ather Energy now stands at approximately 32.8% on a fully diluted basis. This move signifies a deepening of the strategic partnership and investment in the electric vehicle segment.
