Laurus Labs Invests ₹107.8 Cr in Joint Venture KRKA Pharma

Laurus Labs Limited has invested INR 1,078,000,000 (₹107.8 Crore) in KRKA Pharma Private Limited, a joint venture with KRKA d.d., Novo mesto, Slovenia. This investment was made through a rights issue, acquiring 107,800,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each. Following this transaction, Laurus Labs' total holding in KRKA Pharma amounts to 262,150,000 equity shares, maintaining its shareholding percentage at 49%. This move signifies continued commitment to the joint venture.
