Laurus Labs Invests ₹12.1 Cr in Associate KRPL

Laurus Labs Limited has invested INR 12,09,60,500 (₹12.1 Crores) in Kurnool Renewables Private Limited (KRPL), an associate company. This investment was made through a rights issue, acquiring 1,20,96,050 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each. Following this transaction, Laurus Labs' total holding in KRPL is 2,11,68,000 equity shares, maintaining its shareholding percentage at 26%. This move is a continuation of their previous intimation regarding the acquisition of equity shares in KRPL.
