TVS SCS Allots Equity Shares to Subsidiary TVS SCS ALA India

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (TVS SCS) has been allotted 1,01,90,000 equity shares amounting to INR 10.19 Crore in its subsidiary, TVS SCS ALA India Private Limited. This allotment, along with a 49% allotment to ALA Mena, is part of a joint venture agreement to facilitate business expansion and develop opportunities in India's aerospace and defense sectors. The transaction was approved by the subsidiary's board on October 6, 2026, and is considered an arm's length transaction. TVS SCS will now hold a 51% stake in the subsidiary, aiming for revenue and profit growth.
