Laurus Labs Scheme of Arrangement: NCLT Directs Notice to Stakeholders

Laurus Labs Limited has received an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Amravati Special Branch, regarding its Composite Scheme of Arrangement. This scheme involves the demerger of Laurus Synthesis Private Limited (LSPL) into Sriam Labs Private Limited and the amalgamation of the remaining LSPL business undertakings with Laurus Labs. The NCLT has directed the petitioner companies to serve notices to concerned authorities and stakeholders. The next hearing date for the consideration of the Scheme is scheduled for September 10, 2026.
