Laurus Labs Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Laurus Labs Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code. The window will be shut from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. This restriction applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
