Hero MotoCorp Invests ₹960 Cr in Ather Energy Warrants

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. announced an investment of ₹959.99 crore in its associate company, Ather Energy Limited, through the subscription of convertible warrants. The Board of Directors of Ather approved the issuance of 76,19,047 warrants at ₹1,260 per warrant. Hero MotoCorp will pay 25% upfront and the remaining 75% upon conversion into equity shares within 18 months. This investment is part of a larger planned investment of up to ₹1,000 crore. Post-investment, Hero MotoCorp's shareholding in Ather is expected to increase to 30.68% on a fully diluted basis, assuming full conversion of warrants.
