Hexaware Appoints Vivek Jetley as New CEO, Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan Transitions to Senior Advisor

Hexaware Technologies Ltd announced a significant management change with the appointment of Mr. Vivek Jetley as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 28, 2026. This follows the resignation of Mr. Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan from his roles as CEO and Whole-time Director, also effective October 28, 2026. Mr. Ramakarthikeyan will transition to a Senior Advisor role within the company from the same date. The board approved these changes based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jetley's appointment is for a term of four years.
