The acquisition aims to strengthen Hexaware's AI and cloud transformation capabilities and consolidate client spend within the FTSE 100 client. The transaction is expected to close within two weeks.

The acquisition involves an upfront payment of GBP 6.0 million, with an additional GBP 5.0 million contingent on financial performance, totaling up to GBP 11.00 million. CPS is a technology consulting firm with a turnover of GBP 11.74 million (₹1490.98 million) from a FTSE 100 client. The acquisition aims to strengthen Hexaware’s position with the client and expand its AI and Cloud Transformation capabilities.
