Hexaware Technologies Ltd has announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective October 01, 2026. Mr. Eswaran Venkatachalam will transition from Executive Vice President - Global Head Travel and Transportation to Executive Vice President – Global Head of Zero Tech Debt. Concurrently, Mr. Neeraj Kumar has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President – Global Head Travel and Transportation. Mr. Venkatachalam has been with the company since 1998 and will now lead the Zero Tech Debt service offerings globally. Mr. Kumar joins from Tata Consultancy Services, where he held significant leadership roles in the Travel, Transportation, Logistics, and Hospitality sectors, bringing over two and a half decades of experience.
