H.G. Infra Engineering receives LOI from REC Power

H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited on June 13, 2026. The LOI is for establishing an Inter-State Transmission system for the 'WR-ER Inter - Regional Network Expansion Scheme – Part C' through a tariff-based competitive bidding process in Jharkhand. This follows a previous announcement on May 27, 2026, where necessary details were already provided as per SEBI regulations.
