Hi-Klass Appoints S. Jaykishan as Statutory Auditor

Hi-Klass Trading and Investment Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. S. Jaykishan, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointment is based on the Audit Committee's recommendation and will commence from the conclusion of the 33rd AGM until the conclusion of the 38th AGM. The board also approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed M/s Anjali Jain & Associates as Internal Auditors.
