Bandhan Mutual Fund, through its schemes, has acquired 2,40,000 equity shares of Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd on May 29, 2026. This acquisition has increased their holding from 7.1068% to 9.1554% of the company's paid-up capital. The transaction was conducted via open market purchase.
