Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd has issued a clarification regarding its preferential issue of 90,00,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants. The company stated that the percentages of post-issue shareholding for proposed allottees Aks Buildcon Private Limited and Hi-tech Agrovision Private Limited were inadvertently interchanged in Point E of the Explanatory Statement of the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 28, 2026. This was a clerical error. The company has provided the corrected details for Point E and confirmed that the post-preferential holding calculations in Point Q of the Explanatory Statement remain accurate. Apart from this correction, all other information in the notice remains unchanged.
