Highness Microelectronics Appoints Satya Gandhi & Co as Internal Auditor

Highness Microelectronics Ltd appointed M/S Satya Gandhi & Co, Chartered Accountants Firm, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026–27. The board also approved the standalone audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, M/S Chetan Mandlia & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27, and Ms. Gouri Apoorva was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective June 25, 2026. Mrs. Preeti Paresh Rathi will resign from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the close of working hours of 24th June, 2026.
