Highness Microelectronics Appoints Secretarial Auditor

Highness Microelectronics Ltd has appointed M/S Chetan Mandlia & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on May 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/S Satya Gandhi & Co as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026–27 and Ms. Gouri Apoorva as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 25th June, 2026. Mrs. Preeti Paresh Rathi will resign from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from the close of working hours of 24th June, 2026. The board also considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Auditor Report thereon for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
