Hikal Ltd Fixes Record Date for FY26 Final Dividend

Hikal Ltd has announced the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 23, 2026, where shareholders will vote on the dividend declaration. The record date has been fixed as September 04, 2026. If declared, the dividend will be paid on or before October 23, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
