Birlanu Ltd Appoints Pardha Saradhi Nooney as CPO

Birlanu Ltd (formerly HIL Limited) announced the appointment of Mr. Pardha Saradhi Nooney as the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), effective May 12, 2026.
