Jauss Polymers Appoints Five New Directors, Including MD

Additionally, Ms. Neha Shukla was appointed as an Additional Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Santosh Prasad Kushawaha as an Independent Director, also effective July 30, 2026, subject to member approval.
