Indian Overseas Bank Announces Senior Management Changes

Indian Overseas Bank has announced significant changes in its senior management personnel, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Alagarsamy S has been elevated to Chief General Manager and designated as Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Vikram Khera has been promoted to General Manager. Additionally, several General Managers and Deputy General Managers have seen changes in their functional assignments, including Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, Mr. Sathia Narayanan, Mr. Velayutham K, Mr. Harjit Singh, Mr. Rakesh Sasikumar, and Mr. Vilender Kumar, taking on new portfolios and responsibilities across various departments such as Accounts, Digital Transformation, Agriculture, and Retail Lending.
