Noize Brands and Lifestyle Limited has acquired 1,55,860 equity shares, representing 3.36% of the total paid-up equity share capital and voting capital of Jauss Polymers Limited. This acquisition was conducted via an off-market transfer. Following the transaction, Noize Brands and Lifestyle Limited's total holding in Jauss Polymers Limited increased to 43.41%.
