Rudra Ecovation: Management Changes Announced

Rudra Ecovation Ltd has announced significant changes in its management structure. Mr. Gian Chand Thakur has been re-appointed as Whole Time Director for five years from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031. Mr. Inderpreet Singh has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Rahul Kapoor as Executive Director, both for five-year terms starting September 2, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Tiwari has resigned as Executive Director and CEO, effective September 2, 2026, citing personal reasons. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
