Himadri invests AUD 25.59 Lakh in Sicona Battery Technologies

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd has invested an additional AUD 25.59 Lakh in Sicona Battery Technologies Pty Ltd through the subscription of 25,59,000 Compulsorily Convertible Notes (CCNs) with a face value of AUD 1.00 each. This follows an earlier investment of AUD 1,41,94,000. The company now cumulatively holds 1,67,53,000 CCNs in Sicona. The investment does not grant Himadri any additional voting rights or control at this time, as the CCNs will be convertible into shares at a later date as per agreed terms.
