Mahabir Prasad Agarwal and a group of Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed a change in their shareholding in Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited. The group has sold a net of 99,00,000 shares, reducing their total holding from 8.21% to 6.25% of the company's total share capital. The transactions occurred through open market and inter-se transfers between March 19, 2025, and July 1, 2026. The total diluted share capital of the company remains largely stable.
