Hind Rectifiers Appoints Anil Kumar Nemani as Executive Director & CFO

Hind Rectifiers Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Nemani as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. This appointment is for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Rahul Rai as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for a five-year term. Additionally, the company approved an investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hirect Global Holdings Limited, UAE, and appointed Mr. Chidambaram Balakrishnan as Global Chief Executive Officer, replacing Mr. Douglas J. Bailey.
