Hind Rectifiers Appoints Chidambaram Balakrishnan as Global CEO

Hind Rectifiers Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Chidambaram Balakrishnan as the new Global Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective immediately. He replaces Mr. Douglas J. Bailey, who resigned on August 11, 2026. The board meeting also approved un-audited financial results for Q1 FY27, the appointment of Mr. Rahul Rai as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for 5 years, and Mr. Anil Kumar Nemani as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (Executive Director and CFO) for 3 years. Additionally, the company approved an investment of up to 300 equity shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hirect Global Holdings Limited, UAE.
